FCNJ at Historic Imola and the Ferrari Finali Mondiali - Round 7

Dear Drivers, Teammates, Fans, and Everyone who came out to support us this season,
Wow!
It is hard to believe that we have completed the 2024 season, and it was tremendously successful as well.
The excitement began with the beautiful and brand new car for this season—the Ferrari 296 Challenge!
The 296 was a huge leap forward from the 488 Challenge Evo, but after a couple of test sessions all of our drivers settled in to the new car quickly. I was asked what the similarities were between the 488 Challenge Evo and the 296 Challenge car. My typical answer was that they are both cars, and they both have a prancing horse on the front of the car. The cars were so different, and the 296 Challenge was better in every aspect.
All of our drivers had great outcomes for their racing program, but none better than our teammate Roger Monteforte. It came down to the last race of the season, but culminating with two wins in Imola, Roger is the 2024 Champion! Roger won the Copa Shell-AM title decisively and with a strong finish at the top of the podium. Congratulations Roger, we are all proud of you and look forward to racing with you next season!
Overall we had a lot of fun and great racing in Imola despite the weather conditions. We raced in a lot mixed and rain conditions which you will be able to see in the images taken and video created by our fantastic race photographer and teammate Michael Lujan.
